The promoter of this competition is Bigen South Africa (“the Promoter”).
Competition Period
The competition opens on 03 February and closes at 23:59 on 10 February. No late entries will be accepted.
Eligibility
The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of the Promoter, its advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

Like the official competition post
Comment on the post as instructed (e.g. tagging a “His” or “Hers” Valentine)
No purchase is required to enter.
Prize
One winner will receive a Bigen His & Hers prize hamper.
The prize:
Is not transferable
Is not exchangeable
Is not redeemable for cash
Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
The winner will be announced on 11 February via Bigen South Africa’s official social media platforms.
The winner will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the stipulated time, a new winner will be selected.
Delivery of Prize
The prize will be delivered to a valid South African address only.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details provided by the winner.
Use of Personal Information (POPIA)
By entering this competition, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and processing their personal information solely for the purpose of administering the competition, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if required by law or circumstances beyond its control.
